This hotel offers an outstanding location right near the city center. Jenny, the host, was incredibly helpful in organizing our day trips to Halong Bay and Ninh Binh. The room was spotless and had great amenities like air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. Breakfast featured a variety of fresh fruits and a la carte options, which were tasty. However, I encountered some issues with the shower water pressure, which was unexpectedly weak. The fridge in our room had some cleanliness issues, with moths noted in the freezer. Minor upgrades are needed for a couple of the rooms, particularly to improve shower functionality. Despite the inconveniences, the staff's commitment to service and the overall value make it a worthwhile stay.

However, my room had no window. I half expected it to double as a cozy little cave!

The location of Holiday Emerald is superb, right in the heart of everything with easy access to major attractions like the Hanoi Opera House and Sword Lake. The staff were commendable, providing exceptional service and accommodating requests for dishes like omelettes and Vietnamese coffee during breakfast. The room was well-equipped and I appreciated the business center and free in-room WiFi, which enhanced my work-related stay.
The only concern was the slow check-in process.

I stayed in the Superior Double Room for a night and it was really nice! The bed was super comfy. The room was clean and had great hot water pressure in the shower. The early check-in was a lifesaver since my girlfriend wasn’t feeling well. Also, the hotel vibe was warm and cozy, which I loved. The only downside was a bit of noise from the street, but it wasn't too bad overall.

We had a fantastic 4-night stay where the rooms were beautifully decorated and spotless. The bathroom had a rain shower that felt incredible. I loved taking advantage of the relaxing rooftop area in the evenings and the tasty breakfast options each morning. Only downside was that the elevators were a bit slow, but it didn't take away from our overall enjoyment! 🌟

It was just an appropriate option for a weekend breather in Hanoi with a good price-quality ratio. The staff offered outstanding support for organizing my day trips, making it so smooth and easy. Ask for room with a window to avoid feeling too enclosed.
